yeah yeah.. i know i was supposed to be posting abt how freaking great the food at curtin was.. and how awesome the entertainment was. but well.. we didn't make it there. we actually had waited for the bus no 72 or 75 at the bus stop near eelis' place. but to our utter horror.. it zoomed past us without stopping. and, it was packed. but it was alright.. the bus services to curting are USUALLY quite frequent. yeah right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we waited for another bus for one fucking hour lah! and there weren't any 72s or 75s on either side of the road. makes u wonder abt how difficult it is to drive a bus. bleah... so much for public transportation system. over here.. private transportation is the way to go. humpf!

anyways.. we got tired of waiting and left our fellow 'i wanna go to the spring fest at curtin' comrades to wait by themselves. when we left, the poor indo dudes were still waiting man. well it's kinda a blessing in disguise i suppose. cos we ended up at golden tandoori for indian (duh!!) food since both of us were craving for it.. after eating the not so nice indian food at uwa. i know i said it was not too bad... but compared to golden tandoori.. haha NO FIGHT man... and u can't get this kinda indian food in sg unless u really pay for it.. (and besides analakshmi - they have on in sg) indian food in sg is too localised liao (in my opinion). anyways.. we had beef vindaloo (indian hot = very hot = not that hot afterall) apparently, according to the waitress, a nice taiwanese girl who remind me of the butches (of my era) of singapore! ahahah she asked where were we from and after finding out we were from sg.. she said that indian hot was no biggie for us. ahahah yeah right!!! eelis had this accusatory look when she first tasted it lah.. she said was too spicy! ahahah my ass lah... ur tolerance gone down!!! hahaha no lah but later she found that it was not that hot... (que pic of beef vindaloo) pic??? where are u??? arghhh!! i forgot... we didn't take it.. we were too consumed with hunger. the authoress esp!!! hahahah too bad.. next time lah.

next we had this lamb madras in hot. hahah it was really good man... i still prefer the beef vindaloo better. the lamb was tender and soft... and the curry was tastily spicy. not that it was that spicy.. but more than enough to heat up ur tongue.. and we had some vege curry thing in medium.. totally not hot at all but yet.. delicious. the vege were cooked just right, weren't too soft or too hard.. i don't really fancy hard brocoli. hahah only thing i didn't like abt it was the peas! gosh.. disgusting little green balls. yucks!!! and i had teh tarik!! altho not tarik-ed enough in my own opinion, but still nice. it's less creamy than the sg ones, a little on the light side with a dash of cinnamon powder. yum!!! =) the owner was really nice.. coming over to talk to us. he left quite a good impression when he started sweeping the floor (yes we stayed till well after closing time.. think they had to wait for us to finally settle our bills before settling down to makan their dinner! at 11 plus!!! sorry good pple of golden tandoori!!) heh.. i mean how often u see the boss sweeping the floor. granted he had only 3 wait persons.. but still he cld always have asked them to stay back to clean up while he goes home. the boss is actually quite the entreprenuer... (it's late and i'm lazy to check whether i spelt that right. so correct me if i'm wrong) gave us free dessert... called bafi ( definitely didn't spell that right) some traditional indian dessert of milk and choc! nice!

the sailors are in town sia. all the ladies were busy last night.. and are busy now i suppose.. ahhaha don't like them sailors much..'baby girl wassup?' here and 'let me tell u something fool!' there.. yeah the us sailors... grossly sexually deprived bunch of hormonal raging bulky and mostly fulgy looking grp of individuals. yucks!!! and they were all out on predatory mode man!! literally.. u cld feel and see the vibes travelling ard the air in northbridge. and fighting amongst themselves cos of girls.. dudes!!! aren't u supposed to stand united in the face of a greater evil than sex?? i.e the iraq war?? or the terrorists?? fucked up leh. wake up ur bloody idea man!!!! sex starved bastards who think they are so cool!!!! (wahhh the feds are coming to get me for insulting their soldiers... like i care!!!) --- at this point in time.. i must clarify, it's the time of the night for me.. i'm a bit delirious.. ahhahaha

and today... wahhhhhh today............................. no words can describe the feeling of standing 5m away from the vert ramp and watching the action up close. woohoooo!!! i shall let the pics do the talking!!! more on the event called gravity games tmr!!! =)
